RETURNS

We do not offer refund service.

The return/exchange is not possible unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

 

In cases of defective or incorrect delivery

Please email info@fromclothingof.com with the following details :

- Photo of the item as you have received it 

- Your name

- Your order number

- Exchange reason

* In this situation, we will be responsible for the shipping costs

In other cases like the size does not fit 

You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange and have one time exchange service in same style. If there is out of stock, you can choose for any other items, but the price differences cannot be refunded.

Please send the item you wish to exchange in an original condition, with a copy of the invoice or shipping confirmation email clearly showing the order number and send to:

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We provide free delivery service to Hong Kong and China, and free delivery service for all orders over HKD5000 to other destinations.

 

How do I exchange an item?

 

Please email info@fromclothingof.com with the photo of the item, 

your name, order number and exchange reason.

 

What is your exchange policy?

 

- The exchanges are only available within 7 days after receiving the item.

- The exchange items must be in its original, unused (no deodorant,

perfume or make-up stains), unaltered and unwashed condition.

- The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

- Exchange cannot be applied on any on-sale items and pre-order items.

How do I track my order?

We will send out a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and tracking number to you once we start packing your order. It usually takes 1 business day after the orders placed.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

For orders to HK or China, we will ship by S.F. Express and orders in other destinations, will be shipped by DHL or FedEx. If you have other shipping options, please feel free to email us or WhatsApp us.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

 

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. If you want to pay by other payment methods like payment, WeChat , please contact us before you make the orders.
